The Engineering Technology R&D Center is the company’s core technical department, with 200+ engineers, 80+ patents in drilling, cementing and fracturing, and 120+ lab instruments, targeting 10,000 m drilling and large-scale unconventional fracturing.
The Engineering Technology Research & Development Center is the company’s core technical department, responsible for technology introduction, scientific research and patent applications. In 2021, it was recognized in the 26th batch of autonomous regional enterprise technology centers. The center has an engineering team of more than 200 members, including over 60 with senior professional titles and over 100 with intermediate titles.
The company attaches great importance to intellectual property development, holding more than 80 patents in drilling, cementing and fracturing, publishing over 30 technical monographs and 30+ professional papers, and operating more than 120 sets of laboratory instruments.
Future R&D DirectionsDrilling is advancing toward 10,000-meter ultra-deep wells, while fracturing is developing toward large-scale and unconventional operations.
